- Since 1984 I have been an active Real Estate Broker in South Florida, with 22 years experience has taught me all phases of Selling and managing REO, Residents, commercial, depressed properly. I have strong negotiator skills with loss mitigation. I facilitate primary need of the borrower counseling outreach to proposal of loan services to foster a win-win arrangement for both the lenders and borrowers, I learned marking strategies and sales techniques and mortgage processing. I have been working with the short sales process. Duties include, acute property assessments, BPO and creating market strategies and disposition program and to liquidate product quickly and writing new mortgage instruments. I follow though with the complete process. I have managed, sold and close over 20 million dollars in residential and commercial real estate. I have done countless closing as the closing agent. I have over 12 years of experience Managing staff of twenty employees.
In 2007, Susan Perini received Certified property management specialist. Perina Realty has opened branch office located in Coral Springs, (Broward Country) with an office located in Jupiter Palm (Beach Country). We now have an expended our territory to a 400 mile ratios to server all of our clients needs.
In 2004 Susan Perini completed her continues education of the Code of Ethics.
2001 Perini Realty was incorporated. Also, Perini Realty became a vendor with HUD, VA, FHA and 1 st first Preston.
In 1999 after working twelve years with new homebuilders in sales and construction department. Perina Realty opened its first office and hired tops professional agents and assistances in the Real estate field.
By 1999 Perina received her Mortgage Broker License and continuing education with The Greater Ft. Lauderdale broad of Realtors and FREC. Perina received Certificates of achievements for continuing education of Real Estate disclosures, new laws and Ethics.
In 1998 Susan Perina started working in the new homes sales division with the top fortune 500 builders in south Florida as a Project manger. Just to name a few “ Lexington Homes, G.L.homes, and Lennar homes. My projects consisted of 240 to 500 new housing with asset value at 8 to 20 million dollars.
In 1986 Susan Perina continue her my education and received a Real Estate Broker license.
In 1984, Susan Perina received her Real Estate License. She jointed the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Broad Realtors and worked in general Realty with Century 21 for three years.
