About Me

My husband and I own a pool and spa business for 23 years. We have always been interested and involved in Real Estate, we have always had rental properties and are always looking for "a good deal" as far as Real Estate investments. I enjoy buying fix er uppers and remodeling them and selling them, it is like a hobby for me. As far as "Tenants" are concerned that is another story.
