I read you profile, and it sounds like you are very effective at marketing, my company has a new development under construction and it is currently selling in pre construction. Building will be completed in 12 to 18 months, I know what your thinking why would someone buy pre construction in this market? That could be risky what if they don't finish, what if they go under? what if the property drops in value? so on and so on...
